How to Access the Service

Here's how you can access Silver Cord's services.

Church Leader

If you are a Church Leader and want to work with us  to help reach older people in your community then contact us or call 0333 772 1939.

Volunteer

If you have a heart for the older people within your community and attend a partner church then please get in touch with us via our contact page expressing your interest.

Refer An Individual

Does the person being referred live within one of our partner churches' area (currently Tameside and Glossop)? If so please complete and return our Referral Form (download here) to admin@silvercord.co.uk or get in touch with us.
